• 3 bedrooms – one bedroom is located on the main floor. This room has a king size bed. 

 

• The other two bedrooms are located on the lower level, both are queen size.  There is also a queen size pull out couch on the lower level.

 

• The kitchen is complete with microwave, kureg machine, coffee pot machine, toaster, dishwasher, and side-by-side refrigerator with ice maker and cold water dispenser.

• The living room (with large screen TV) has plenty of seating for family and friends.  The living room leads out to the back yard deck through a screen door. 

• The first/main floor bathroom is large with a tub shower.  This bathroom also contains the washing machine and dryer. 

There are two kayaks and one paddle boat available for renters. Although there is a small motor boat and small sail boat on the property, they are not for renter use.

Four lawn chairs (3 are Adirondack and two are folding) are available.

A propane gas grill is also provided.
