During the summer, the rental rate is $1,500/week with a 7 day minimum from Saturday to Saturday.

There is a cleaning fee of $50.00.

We will consider pets based on the type of dog and age of the dog. There is an additional security deposit of $150 for each dog which will be returned to the renter after the home is inspected after the rental period ends.
